Engineered for Critical Assembly & Clinical Requirements

One-way valves are the heart of fluid control. We understand the extreme demands for "anti-backflow," "sensitivity," and "longevity" across different clinical scenarios.

Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) & Drainage Canisters

⚠️ Key Application Requirements:

Under continuous negative pressure, the valve must absolutely prevent liquid and gas backflow. Even during canister emptying, micro-debris must not cause seal failure.

🛡️ How Our Components Support You:

Our cartridge valves utilize high-resilience medical-grade VMQ, with strictly controlled mating surfaces via precision molding. They self-close instantly even under extremely low backpressure, maintaining system vacuum and preventing cross-contamination.

Introducer Sheath Hemostasis Valves & Endoscope Channel Valves

⚠️ Key Application Requirements:

As guidewires or endoscopic instruments are repeatedly inserted and withdrawn, the valve must not leak blood or gas while providing ultra-low insertion resistance. Upon withdrawal, it must close instantly without sticking.

🛡️ How Our Components Support You:

We perform precision slitting in a Class 100,000 cleanroom. Our unique LSR formulations combined with laser or blade slitting ensure burr-free, non-sticking edges, achieving millisecond self-closure and minimal insertion force.

Anesthesia Masks & Resuscitation Bags (BVM)

⚠️ Key Application Requirements:

When a patient's breathing is extremely weak, the valve must open to allow air intake at minimal airflow. During exhalation, it must seal tightly to prevent exhaled gas backflow or cross-infection.

🛡️ How Our Components Support You:

We supply ultra-thin umbrella and duckbill valves. By optimizing the umbrella thickness and silicone durometer, we achieve exceptional opening sensitivity. The extremely low cracking pressure (< 0.5 cmH2O) ensures unobstructed patient breathing.

Common Pitfalls & Our Engineering Solutions

Valve failures can be fatal. We design these microscopic risks out before they reach your production line.

⚠️ Slit Sticking (Roofing) & Delayed Rebound

The Challenge: Slit diaphragms are prone to sticking (known as "roofing") under prolonged compression or post-sterilization, causing the valve to remain shut after instrument withdrawal, or rebound too slowly and leak.
Our Engineering Solution

We utilize high tear-strength LSR and control the micro-roughness of the slit surface. Combined with special post-curing processes, we eliminate surface tackiness entirely, ensuring instantaneous rebound even after hundreds of thousands of cycles.

⚠️ Inaccurate Cracking Pressure (Leaks or Won't Open)

The Challenge: A diaphragm that is too thick or hard requires extreme pressure to open (affecting infusion/breathing); if too thin or soft, it will leak under minimal backpressure.
Our Engineering Solution

We enforce strict batch testing of material durometer (±3A). Meanwhile, by controlling diaphragm thickness tolerance (±0.02mm) via precision molding, we ensure every valve's cracking pressure precisely matches your fluid dynamics drawings.

⚠️ Valve Distortion During Assembly

The Challenge: During manual or semi-automated assembly of cartridge valves, excessive silicone friction or lack of guiding features often causes the valve to twist inside the seat, leading to immediate seal failure.
Our Engineering Solution

Our cartridge valves incorporate anti-rotation and guiding structures at the design stage. Furthermore, we offer pre-assembly services (housing + valve core) in our Class 100,000 cleanroom, completely eliminating assembly headaches on your line.
